A lot of change can mean we don't know what is around the corner, leading to an increase in mental health issues, including:

  • Increased depression.


Strategies for dealing with this change

  • Seek professional help where required 
  • Be open to a career change - remember "we will never work a day in our life if we do something we love"
  • Rethink how you relax - explore wider options that make you feel good.
