  1. ACCEPT that change can be hard. Take a small step each day to achieve your goals
  2. Good MENTAL HEALTH is critical. Seek professional help for managing depression, anxiety, stress or anger
  3. SELF AWARENESS is important. Know what motivates you and what drains your energy
  4. Use your SUPPORTS. Spend time with people who genuinely care about you
  5. Take some time out for YOU each day. Being "switched on constantly is exhausting!

  1. LISTEN to and trust yourself. Your gut instinct will know when it is time for change!
  2. Define what you would like to achieve by having specific and quantifiable GOALS.
  3. Develop a PLAN, stating goals and how you will achieve them.
  4. Assess your PROGRESS and & tweak your plan to achieve your goals. Do you need more time or motivation?
  5. Consider what may be HOLDING YOU BACK. Do you fear failure or losing control?
