1. Make your health a priority - treat your health like anything else on your to do list
2. Have an "outdoor" and "indoor" routine - some days it is hard to get out. A Pilates band and exercise ball work wonders
3. Have goals - the most obvious is a weight loss target, but there are many more
4. Do something small each day - cut back on sugar/caffeine/alcohol, the list is endless ...
5. Lose the guilt - those around you will benefit too if you are the best version of yourself.
